Re: Critical legislation for 2015
My "other" is repealing the whole 46.035 because those rules only apply to CHL with handguns. They don't apply to unlicensed people, they don't apply to AR/AK, they don't apply to riot shotguns. So they're just Brady Bunch prejudice.

False. That's on a different toy.

Re: CHL Application Denied
Since you have already listed it and were denied you can't really go back reapply without it listed. In your case, I would suggest getting a letter from the court clerk in the county where you where charged that shows they have no record of the incident and send that in with an appeal. It is very p...

Both 30.05 and 30.06 apply to property. That includes land and buildings. Neither requires signs at every possible entry point to the land or building.

Re: 89 Cent refill becomes a Federal Criminal Case
I read that he could have been fined a few hundred hundred dollar fine for petty theft but didn't actually have to pay anything. If the trespass warning stays in effect, that sounds like a fair compromise. He won't be forced to pay for refills anymore and the construction foreman can hire another wo...

Re: Why Isn't TX accepted in WA
The TX DPS has some demographic pages up about CHL approvals. It works out that 99.98% of us are being penalized for 0.02% of us. The other states should just state that they will not recognize TX CHLsunless the person is at least 21. Why should they do that? They have their rules and it looks like...
