If they mailed it 5/18 when should I expext it in the mail in Houston?

Mar. 2 fingerprints
Mar. 9 Chl class
Mar. 12 sent paperwork
Apr. 28 first update background under review 
May. 10 background check still under review
Anyone else have this similar time line?
