We seem to be in one of the counties that drags its feet. Everyone in recent memory from around here seems to have gotten a few days past 60 before they received their plastic. This when just about everyone else is is getting theirs in anywhere from less than 30 to about 40 days. I'm in Travis County, and like I said earlier, I'm already at 45. My poor, tortured soul!ubernoob wrote:April 21: Pin Recevied, Processing Application.
I'm getting closer. The big question now is how fast does Travis county turn around those background checks.

Hah! I said the same thing about the 60 days. Then everyone else started getting theirs in like 35 days. Now I'm at 45 days and going nuts!ubernoob wrote:I'll probably set the site to my homepage. :) I also assume it's going to take at least 60 days, so anything sooner is just a bonus.
Also, the additional 60 days will give me some extra time to get in better shape so that I don't have to buy a new wardrobe to carry IWB.
