Re: 7.62 AR Build
I just completed my 7.62 build as well; mostly Palmetto State Armory stuff. PSA10 Lower, Magpul CTR Stock, BCM Grip, CMC 3.5lb trigger. I bought the completed PSA Armory upper with 18" SS PSA barrel, NB BCG, and a Midwest Industries free float hand guard. I have not been out to the range yet to...

Re: AR15 80% Lower Group Buy
I am in for two. I just want to complete the stripped lowers and I will figure out what to build later. I am really looking forward on learning how to do this!

Re: Thinking of creating NFA Trust
I used Sean Cody at Texasnfatrust.com. Everything was done over the phone and he had it to me in three days. I just got my first tax stamp for an SBR with no issues (in about five weeks!). Sean is based in Houston. Personally, I would not do it myself although it's not an overly complicated document...

Re: 7.62 AR Build
I also just bought the PA-10 lower for a .308 AR project. I will be buying the remaining parts over the next few months to complete the build. Since I had a few AR15 lower parts kits sitting around, I ordered what I understand to be the different parts you need to complete the PA-10 lower build - th...

Re: 80% AR15 Lower Group Buy Survey #2
I voted for the lowest cost and my experience with Anderson has been decent.

Re: AR15 80% Lower Group Buy Survey
While its a bit of a haul from NW Houston, I would be very interested. I have always wanted to finish out a lower but don't really have the skill set to do it. I would love for someone to show me how.

Re: Range Report: My First AR 15 Build
Nice! No better feeling than pulling the trigger on your first AR build and have it go bang. I have had a lot of luck with Palmetto State Armory - I used them for my second build - a 10.5" AR pistol. Be careful though - once you build one, you want to build more. I now have 4 builds in my safe!

Re: How Many PSC Members on the Forum?
I am a brand new member - just had my new member orientation this past Monday. I live pretty far away but I will get there as often as I can. I counted 45 cars parked at PSC Monday evening when we left. It must have been a full house! Congratulations! It was standing room only! I came late so I had...

Re: Introduce yourself
I have been lurking here for a while now and thought it was high time to introduce myself. Male, 44, married 19 years to a wonderful woman who puts up with me. Two smart sons. Lifetime NRA member since 1997. Knowing my background, you would not think I enjoyed shooting. I grew up in a deep blue stat...
