I wouldn't want to patronize the location regardless if they are following the "conspicuously posted" language. And just because it is obvious to you doesn't mean it would be just as obvious to a prosecutor. It seems rather obvious to me, but if you " really had to look for" the 30.06 sign, then it hardly meets the statutory requirement of being conspicuously posted now does it?
