Just hang in there folks. Sent mine in Sept. 14th. After almost 3 months I checked today and it says mailed on the plus side I will never forget my DL#.

All of you at 30 or 40 days with no update not to worry. I am on day 64 with no update apparently they are waiting on the documents they received on 9/16.

I was told the fastPass receipt was for my records and did not need to be sent in. I didn't send mine. I have been told by DPS via phone they have all of the required documents. For what that is worth, they have had them since 9/16/13 and still no update. Per their own employee they are still waitin...

A watched pot never boils is true but I looked just to make sure the fire was on under mine. All of my docs,cert,prints etc. were received by DPS on 9/16/13(confirmed by someone at DPS) Spoke to DPS again today and was told we have all of your material it just hasn't been entered into the system yet...

Had the same problem. Had to upload them one at a time. Mine were received on 9/16/13 (per DPS) still no update spoke with DPS today and was told it hasn't been entered into system yet but we have them, 45 days later
