Is a building owned by a school district still considered off limits? If it is not a "school." And I don't remember if a school district is considered a governmental entity that would make property that is not a school even enforceable.

I can't say for sure to answer your question, but it is posted and so is the GISD tax office, where you go to pay your school taxes in person. The CC Center is by (and maybe considered the same property) as Naaman Forest HS. and the tax office is on the same property as Williams Stadium (HS track and football stadium). I don't go to either one. Mail in my taxes and have yet to have a need to go to the CC Center.

I don't recall another post of yours, but mine here was more about a heads up for the possibility of this event coming here to Texas. Garland is also not too far from where I live. I know I will keep an ear out for this event and try and make sure I'm no where near it if it actually does occur.
