It takes three to four weeks for it to update in the system. I mailed mine on 2/5, they received on 2/7, but no updates online till 3/10.nightmare69 wrote:Do you get the online checklist for you status if you mailed everything in. I know it can be frustrating. I did my app in January and mailed everything on 2/3. I just got my first update on 3/10. I have no idea why it took so long. I called Monday afternoon around 3pm. Dialed about 10 times to get a ring and then waited on hold about 30 min. 2/27 - called DPS, was told fingerprints received but that it takes 4-5 weeks to get to things you mail in

Very frustrating. At least I know I'm not alone (although it seems like everyone else from early Feb. is starting to get updates...) Maybe tomorrow...
Called Monday and they said they see in the system that my paperwork was printed and my fingerprints received. He said that it really should be updated on the website by now but that they are so busy. He asked me to call back Friday if no update and they will check on it.
Looks like my packet was printed and then never got put in the right file...........
