This is a combination barber shop / gun shop and the owner is a really good guy. I am very glad he wasn't hurt and was able to stop the criminals.

Re: Sig P938
I have one I obtained when they first came on the market. It's a fine little shooter, great sights and very accurate for it's size. If you get one you should remove the left grip panel and check/clean the transfer bar periodically as it can cause a failure to fire if it gets an accumulation of sweat...

Re: Big Shoot-Out South of Eagle Pass, Texas
https://www.foxnews.com/world/mexico-cartel-member-gunbattle-police-texas-border Hopefully the Cartels won't be trying that north of the border. I think they eventually will. Sadly that's what it's going to take to lock the border down. A border town will have to be turned into a slaughter house to...

All I have to say is it's difficult to get better advise that what Brother Elmer M. Keith put out in his several books and hundreds of articles. If you do not know about him it would make a good research project.

Re: President Trump Should Declare Martial Law!
bblhd672, I don't give two squats what the 'the left's characterization' of President Trump amounts to. ...and ooh, ooh, ooh, let's continue to do zero in the 'hopes' that something, heck, anything will stop the lefties from being in control. As far as precedents go, better to light a candle than c...

Re: Trying Bayou Bullets
I managed to get an evaluation pack of the 158 GR SWC to try in my 686 from Mr. Donnie. I loaded them ahead of a healthy dose of 2400 and was completely happy with the results. As others have said very little smoke and no leading, I just ran a dry patch through the bore and it looks un-fired. I can...

Anyone remember this?
"We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

Re: Help with storing firearms long-term
I'm not an expert but i seem to remember that what could be good for long term storage for metal may not be so good for the wood fixtures. It could pay you to research that some too.
Good Luck with that project!
