handgunlaw.us makes it pretty clear that you need to inform the officer at the first opportunity in OK. If I read it properly, it is a misdemeanor with a $100 fine if you don't.

Oklahoma Traffic Stop
If a Texas CHL holder with his weapon in the closed center console is pulled over for a speeding violation by a local city officer in OK (US highway going through small town that's a speed trap), is the driver/CHL holder required preemptively to notify the officer that he is a TX CHL holder with a weapon in the center console? If not, would you do it anyway?
If the officer asks about weapons, are you required to disclose? I would assume lying to an officer is usually a bad idea.
