I called on Monday. They told me mine was with the eligbility review team since 12/03. I knew they'd have to review mine because i have a DWI from 30 years ago but wow. I listed the DWI when I applied so how long can it take to look at a computer screen and say "yep DWI 30 years ago and clean since".

Mine has been in review since 11/14. I was thinking about calling next week but I'm trying to be patient.
