I was in background check review from est Nov 1st to Feb 1st. But they requested docs from me that took me a little bit to get. As for you calling when that high call volume stuff happens try a lot it will normally let you threw just keep trying to call. I find it that your most likely right around the time they close but still end up waiting on hold for about 45 mins. Good Luck.
