Tulsa has unfortunately become a very bad place for random murders. North Tulsa is no place you want to be at anytime, and near southeast isn't a whole lot better. Everyone says North Tulsa is dangerous but South Tulsa is leading in number of murders not to mention the quadruple homicide in January.
