Re: Would you support this gun private purchase restriction
I will not support ANY infringements on the 2nd. Ever. Every time there's a shooting and it looks like new gun laws may pass, gun owners come out of the woodwork with suggestions on how to lose more of our rights :???: It's real simple, if you sell a gun that is used in the commission of a crime, Y...

Re: Walmart has fallen!
I noticed a new sign at Walmart this Saturday. It said something to the effect that carrying a firearm is illegal unless the person is licensed under Chapter 4....blah blah blah. I've never seen a sign like this before, but it was not 30.06, so.... That is a TABC "blue sign", and every re...

Re: Are we de facto in more danger from Republicans than Democrats in regard to 2nd Amendment?
Short answer = no. I look at the demographics to which each group is beholden to. The Democrat constituency, for the most part, would applaud any and all "gun control" legislation. Those politicians could enact that type of legislation with no fear of reprisal. The Republican constituency,...

My fear is that Walmarts will be signed soon. I don't know how anyone would ever think this was a good idea.

Do stupid things and you win stupid prizes. It's hard to believe he would pull a gun on two police officers.

Re: Pocket carry with no holster
1) As others have said, absolutely carry with a pocket holster.
2) For the side convo: I have a kydex holster with an elastic band that lets you waist carry with shorts, workout pants, PJs, whatever, with no belt. It's called a TactiPac Fusion.

Re: 2,000 fps 9mm and body armor
I bought some of these when they first came out. They were called "Halo Points". Microsoft didn't appreciate the likeness to their video game, hence the name change. The only FTF I've ever experienced with my pistol happened while shooting these rounds. Up until that point, I was tipping t...

Re: Pool Party Mayhem in McKinney
With the current lynch mob rule mentality, I have a genuine fear that being a police officer will become too much of a liability for individuals, and we will face a massive shortage. If that comes to fruition, it will not be pretty. With that being said, it's hard for me sympathize with anyone resis...

Re: Signed up for a Tough Mudder... Now what about my gun?
I have several co-workers who participate in tough mudder every year. From what they described, I would not carry through the course. They've talked about having to swim through ice water, and crawl under electric tazers that shock the fire out of you, and a bunch of other stuff that i would not con...

As a side note....never ever leave your garage doors open. We had our lawn mower walk away in the same fashion when my wife's garage door was left open even though her car was there.
