A handgun purchase permit is required by Nebraska Revised Statutes § 69-2403 for purchases of handguns in Nebraska.
That might get a blank "fax" sent right back to ya... :lol:

Or write something to the effect of:

"Registration? We don neeed no stinking registration! vamanos!"

Some day Nabraska and I will grow up...I may actually win that race! ;-)
