I mailed my documents in 10 days before you did and I just got my plastic 2 days ago. I have a spotless record so there was nothing that the DPS had to dig deeper into. My plastic took a total of 46 days so you're not out of the realm of possibilities. Once the background check is over, things move pretty fast.
