Mine took a whole 3 weeks (15 working days) to update that they had received my paperwork. It's now showed that all of my paperwork is in and that my background check is under review since 9/14 (13 working days and counting). I get discouraged seeing a lot of you guys posting how quickly your's was processed.
Hopefully it doesn't drag out too much longer.
And for what it's worth, 9/14 was a Friday. I last checked late in the afternoon on 9/14 before I left work at 5:00. I checked back on the morning of Saturday, 9/15 and it had been updated... So they do some updates on Fridays.
