Re: Does anyone carry a S&W J-frame in a IWB?
I've been using a Tucker "Cover-Up" for years and am very happy with it. The clip is adjustable to allow for any degree of cant you like. This also allows the clip to be adjusted so that it doesn't rest against the cylinder, which helps lessen the width. http://rlcompanyusa.stores.yahoo.ne...

Re: Taco Cabana customer services department response
I'm glad to see a fairly large company like this take a step in the right direction. I mean holy cow, this is an actual example of someone with some common sense making a good decision. On a side note, I am a self proclaimed Mexican food connoisseur and have to say they have the best Mexican grub yo...

Re: Recommendation on scopes
You can get a Bushnell Elite 4200 2.5x10x40 for around $360. I like Leupolds as much as the next guy, but you won't beat the 4200 in that price range.

Re: Taco Cabana revisited
I need to check the location near my house. I swore off TC because of the 30.06 issue, but have to admit I crave a big ol cabana bowl every now and then.

Re: Renewal Class experience
So what do the people who favor VT / AK style carry (i.e. no CHL required, OC and CC OK, etc.) think of the above? With no license or proficiency requirement, do you think there would be more incompetent people carrying guns in public, or fewer? Would this be a good thing or a bad thing? First, let...

Renewal Class experience
I took my CHL renewal class this weekend. What I witnessed during the qualifying portion of the class was interesting to be kind and unnerving to be honest. The class had 16 students that had folks of both genders and all ages. While waiting my turn, I watched the first group of students shoot. All ...

I have had a similar non stellar experience with Comp Tac as well. They don't run things the way they used to.

Re: glock sights
Warren Sevigny sights are the best on the market in my opinion.......I have purchased several sets for my guns. The Sevigny carry sights have a huge opening on the rear sight and offer the best sight picture I have ever seen. Those do look like something I'd want to look into if I ever get a dedica...
