You should write your Bishop. For 20yrs licensed concealed carriers haven't been a problem. So the church is basically saying now that people who haven't been any trouble for a generation are not allowed in.C-dub wrote:My church has posted both 30.06 and 30.07 a couple of weeks ago. In a high profile issue (as this is right now), it's very unlikely that a priest will contradict his bishop or cardinal on policy. If the diocese orders 30.06 and/or 30.07, they will be put up.

As of this morning, my church (Houston-Galveston Archdiocese) isn't posted. But the large windows immediately adjacent to the entry doors were conspicuously bare. I hope it's just a function of the transition from Christmas into ordinary time. But I have my doubts.
