looks like you met number 2 on a bad day.
Unfortunately, nowadays thats a 20/80 split good/bully. I would also venture that that was a typical day.

My Dad is a retired LEO. I thought about trying for it but he wouldn't have it. "Too many ugly folks out there and to be an LEO now you have to treat everyone like a hardened murderer." I appreciate the work they do but to do that job means we are all subject to this kind of treatment.

It is up to the court to determine if the probable cause was valid.

... :shock: Really? I'm relatively new to Texas. That's scary. So if I violate a traffic ordinance then my vehicle is evidence in a crime. So they can search? Does that extend to searching my person as well? This is the first law in Texas that I'm not happy about. That's, as far as I'm concerned, case law that opposes the 4th Amendment.
