Your life as you know it is over but in a really good way. Don't buy too many baby gadgets (mankind seems to have managed fairly wll so far!) or clothes. They go through them too quick, hand me downs from other friends who have kids are great. Pampers are the best diapers. Sign up to amazon mom, get discounts and delivered to your door. We use it for baby wipes, diaper genie refills and diapers. You can set up for regular delivers, change or cancel orders at anytime. Buy a good push chair with big wheels for walking/trails and a good car seat. Get a decent baby monItor and get them into their own room as quickly as you can, works out better for everyone. 2 months worked really well for us. To be honest babies are kind of boring for dads until they start interacting!
Sit back enjoy and don't worry about the small things.

I'm going to say this, because it was on my mind when we found out, but just because she's pregnant and even late into the pregnancy, you don't have to stop "practicing" at making babies. Its totally safe to do it, and sometimes the libido is effected in a positive manner by those hormones (and sometimes in a negative).
She may get this advice, but I will share it because it was such a help to my wife. For after the birth stock up on extra thick feminine pads, pour some water on each one, stack them up, pop them in the freezer, buy some tucks pads too. Then when she gets home "that area" will be in pain, so pull a frozen pad out, line the pad with tucks, and it apparently helps a TON with the pain (its like an icepack specially designed for that area, and because they are pads they are designed to soak up liquid which will also be leaking after the birth...).
Change diapers as often as possible. If she is breastfeeding that means she will be changing twice as many or more as you are so every one you volunteer to do will be to your credit.
Diaper genie has been working like a champ for us. For on the go changes they actually make little scented baggies that look like dog poop pickup bags to put the diaper in, tie it off, and throw it away. If you are on the go and the diaper gets put into the trunk try very hard to remember its there... I've forgotten a couple times.
Also, we did a natural birthing, at a birthing center, with midwife, been breastfeeding, and used the Bradley method. So if you have questions about any of that send me a PM I can share our experience with it.
She is already pregnant. She was standing over my shoulder last night when I was typing so I had to word it correctly.I'm a little confused. Is she or isn't she already pregnant?
