Re: Renewal wait has begun

Glad you closed the loop on this one, TexasGuy. I just submitted my renewal and was confused about the same checklist you mentioned. Not sure why they'd need to see the same passport as before (except that now mine is expired) and I emailed them to get clarity. Now I've seen that you didn't actually...

Re: Links for gun safe info in the works

My needs are simple, and I found my barska biometric safe satisfies those needs extremely well... http://www.barska.com/Products-Biometric_Safe.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Mine is small enough that I can bolt it to the wall on a shelf, holds quite a bit of ammo and ...

Re: Shooting at the Lake Highlands Walmart

The news 8 article linked says it was a Springfield .40. Looks like an XD40 based on the Fox video. The news 8 article also says "holstered in his pants" - which I take to NOT mean "the gun was in a holster in the man's pants" - it just means "he 'holstered' the gun in his p...

Re: Quick Turnaround

I'm a fellow Brit too :) I've lived in the US for 15 years now and you'd have to drag me yelling and screaming if you wanted me to live in the UK again! No animosity, but I just LOVE Texas. (people who don't are NUTS!) Originally from Rugby in Warwickshire. Yeah I'm an IT dork. I don't know how the ...

Quick Turnaround

Hey all! I've been lurking on this forum for a while, reading up on various things, got some help specifically regarding my application documents etc. (just from reading advice and experiences from others) - Being a naturalized foreigner I had some concerns about the appropriate documents that would...
