Hard to believe there is a conceptual difference between a stamp and an electronic image signature -- but then DPS has done stranger things... :mrgreen:
A stamp uses ink. They don't accept inked fingerprints any longer. Only electronic fingerprints. Maybe soon they will only accept electronic signatures.

I'm kidding but it makes as much sense as not allowing a mechanical ink signature when many corporate and government checks are mechanically signed.
