Hello Yall. I finally joined after readng posts here for a while (lurking). I normally hang out on txdpsa.com or a few others. I work alot, so I post when I can. A couple hundred bucks and a 3 hour interview. You need secure storage (safe or some place to secure items) and tax ID. Most of all, you need to be able to keep track of all the paperwork. There is a lot.
