Re: Shooting at the Lake Highlands Walmart
There was a guy that was making them on you tube and he said something about the slide not being covered made it legal. If the slide is covered it is illegal, the gun has to shoot outside the holster

it looked like a glock 23 or a 27LSL wrote:Maybe it was a small .380 that has a "fitted" wallet-style holster that has a hole for the trigger.
Regardless -- a big OOPS that will be costly - in more ways than $$$
If he would have just stayed and owed up it would to it he would have been OK but to run and act like it never happened is a street mentality

Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/07/24/te ... z21XtSoTsc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; The bullet hit the man in the buttock and shattered on the ground.
And fox news says nothing about a holster. So ask yourself IF the gun was holstered HOW did his finger touched the trigger when he was reaching for his wallet. The bullet grazed his leg and then hit the floor. Sounds like he had it in his pocket and if it was in a holster; what kind allows easy trigger access like that?

Wardrobe failure , he had a hard time getting his wallet out and dropped his gun (was one report) but looking at this video he didn't have a holster and the gun went off in his pocket
