I just can't figure how some people report an extermely fast turn around time in the mail, as short as two-three days. I didn't tip enough I guess.

Right there with you. DPS said mine was 'mailed" May 17th and as of today May 26th.....nothing.ldparr21 wrote:Hello everyone I am new to the forum but long time reader.
