That's why I tell everyone not to carry in church. We all know the law requires a specific sign to make a church off limits like the law has a specific definition for being intoxicated. But either way if you get a cop or prosecutor who doesn't know the whole law, you could have a lot of legal headaches. It's better to err on the side of caution.
