Re: White Hat Max Tuck IWB Holster vs. Crossbreed

Hi everyone! Well I got my Max Tuck last night and today I wore it all day to work. I'd have to say this type of IWB holster is the best that I have ever tried. When I first got the holster it seemed like it would be very uncomfortable due to the stiffness of the horsehide backing. But after wearin...

Re: N82 tactical holsters

I have one of their original ones and it is very comfortable. The only downside is that it is hard to re holster dud to the elastic. I think their new model with the kydex instead of elastic would be ideal if the price is the same as the elastic model. I loved the original at first look but it seem...

Re: N82 tactical holsters

Especially with the professional model, I'm not sure I'd be too confident in the retention of the holster inside my pants if I had to draw the gun. I mean, I'm not sure the holster wouldn't come out with the gun. It doesn't look, to me, that the holster is secured to my pants or belt very well. I w...

Re: N82 tactical holsters

Sorry. Here is a link. They look very cool to me and comfortable. Was looking to see if anybody had used one. http://n82tactical.com/n82store/?page_id=1792 Here's a picture of the Professional. This is tuckable and cantable. The Original and Orignal Tuckable are made of neoprene or something. This o...

Re: Door To Door Solicitor Today

Sorry, kid. There it is!! It's the disconnect between old farts and young pups. Most young people today don't see tats as anything more than body art or a way to express themself. Old people see tats as something that an upstanding member of society would never do, which is completely ridiculous in...

N82 tactical holsters

Has anybody tried these and if so how do you like them? They look awesome, especially the new "professional" model. They look like they would be extremely comfortable.

Re: Impressed by Remora

I really like the Remora holsters, so much that I include one free with the "concealable" pistols I sell. They're not perfect, but with a holster like that, it's hard to get everything just right. The biggest challenge is that most of the holsters start off very snug and make it difficult...

Re: Impressed by Remora

I ordered and received my Remora holster yesterday and so far I'm very impressed as well. This is the perfect option for me to be able to carry my G19 to work. Since I don't want to actually carry while I'm AT work I lock my gun up in my desk drawer all day. I didn't want to have to wear a Supertuck...

Re: White Hat Max Tuck IWB Holster vs. Crossbreed

They do/would normally, except I apply StickyBack Velcro (hooks side) on the clips so they attach to and are supported by the Velcro sewn onto the belt, the belt, and the pants (CompTac belt with Velcro option) But yeah, I weasr cargo shorts/Jeans etc, I wouldn't do J hooks with stretchy nylon/Banlo...

Re: White Hat Max Tuck IWB Holster vs. Crossbreed

It hasn't come in yet...but I looked online at the status and it's in the final stages of processing. So hopefully it'll be shipped sometime next week!! :) Keep us updated once you get it. I'm seriously considering getting one. I may be up near Dallas soon too so perhaps I can stop by and see them.

Re: White Hat Max Tuck IWB Holster vs. Crossbreed

I had not heard of them, first glance (home page) looked like metal clips that would scratch my $100.00 belts but now that I dug into their site and found http://www.whitehatholsters.com/category-s/1845.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; 1) Velcro Strips - LOOP BELT STRIPS...

Re: White Hat Max Tuck IWB Holster vs. Crossbreed

Despite all the reviews on crossbreed and white hat, today, I just ordered the Max Tuck because I also own a Sub Compact 9mm XDM and I wanted to have the option of wearing it without having to buy a whole new holster. Thanks! Hey lightbulb did your MaxTuck come in yet? I've been eyeballing this hol...

Re: G19 IWB holster for skinny guy

I'm sure supertuck it will be but I'm still hopeful that the leather IWB that I'm waiting on (6 weeks out) will just be awesome. We'll see. I just didn't want to have to wear the ST all day at work but I guess I have to make some adjustments and get used to some things.

G19 IWB holster for skinny guy

I'm sure this has been beat to death and I've read a lot on this topic already but all the posts seem to be several years old. I'm looking for a good IWB holster for my Glock 19. I'm 5'9", 155 lbs. I've placed an order with TT Gun leather for one and have also ordered a Remora. Hopefully I'll l...
