No requirement to send Certified but it is a good idea. There is a difference between "Certified" and "Certified Return Receipt Requested". It may take longer if you do the "Certified Return Receipt Requested" because some mail boy will have to sign for your letter. You can tract "Certified" on the USPS website and see exactly when it is delivered and is a little cheaper.GeekDad wrote:Are you required to send your packet certified ?
