Not so much a federal judge’s order as it is an invalidation of a section in the governor’s mandate. The judge is not mandating masks, rather he is claiming one of the gov’s exemptions puts an extra burden on P(s)OC.

A liberal Federal Judge in San Antonio struck down Gov. Abbott’s “exemption number 8” in his mask order that excluded “ any person who is voting, assisting a voter, serving as a poll watcher, or actively administering an election.”
