The California CCW is a statewide permit, good anywhere in the state (I had one for 24 years). They are issued by the County Sheriff, and in most urban c...

Thank you very much. The link is very helpfull. I can see the pin in the trigger on my older BHP so it looks at though I may get the easy fix.

Thanks for the gunsmith recommendation also. I am needing to have a rifle re-barreled, I'll chat with them about that too.

It was made in Belgium with serial #1147XX and was in pretty near new condition. I bought it and to the best of my recollection paid less than $100.00 for it. It is...

More questions: Pocket holsters

Hope ya'll don't get tired of my questions. :???: I have a Glock 26 and would like to read your comments on pocket holsters. I have a DeSantis Ambidextrous which works pretty well in pants with large roomy pockets. However, it does not work well with tight jeans, front or back pocket. I have seen so...

I was wondering what ya'll think about paddle holsters. They seem to be a convenient answer to those of us who frequently need to remove our weapon. Recently I picked up a Galco Jaqui Slide w/ paddle at the Fort Worth Cabela's store. It fits several semi-auto pistols and I wanted to try it for my Br...

I had a permit in California for more than 20 years, and was an FFL for over 15 yrs. so I have quite an arsenal of handguns. I will probably start by rotating my Glock 26, Para Ordinance Carry 7/45, and my trusty old S&W mod 60 round butt J frame. In my experience it really has to do with where ...
