Huh? This is legal. You are not allowed a telescoping stock or charging handle without an ATF stamp. Yet . . . Zombie charging handle ??? It seems silly that a charging handle is what makes it require a stamp? I have corrected my mistake. The vertical fore grip requires a stamp. Also corrected the ...
