I live in Harris county , mine took 5 days. I was really suprised.I've read it depends on what county you've lived in and its size for your bg and the FBI check. I would give them another call but I have been watching the waiting room since long before I got my plastic. I have seen BG done in a few days to months. Mine took 5 days, so Its really hard to say as there is not a pattern on how long BG's take.
