Re: DPS Processing Times
Just found out from a buddy that his brother took his class 10 days after I did and has already gotten his card. My status stayed in "waiting for materials" for 23 days. Its been in the background review status for 9. I live in Wiliamson Co, I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Iv...

P238 IWB Holster
I received my IWB holster for my new P238 from Tucker Gun Leather about a week ago and Iove it. It is very comfortable and easy to conceal. Excellent craftsmanship as well. When I ordered, I got an email stating that the turnaround time was going to be about a month. Approxamately 3 days later I got...

Re: My Waiting Journey
It took 24 days after I mailed mine in for the status to change. Seemed like forever. Hopefully it wont take that long to do the background check.

Re: Today was a first....
Craig8d8, I think your response was awesome!!! I do disagree with TAM though and here's why. You are asking them to guarantee you're safety, but by stating it that way you are saying that you are ok with the rule of no legal ccw. I do like that fact that it is cordial and non-confrontational.

Re: DPS Processing Times
Took class Feb 13th.
Mailed materials Feb 15th.
Checking status everyday and its still in the "waiting on required materials", status.
UGH, the waiting is killing me. If it would just change to the background status I would be happy.
