I've long believed that the incompetents running Austin are unable to run the city. It seems to me that the Texas Rangers need to investigate the city government thoroughly for corruption. The lawless group that attacked Daniel Perry and several other victims are one example of terrorists sanctioned by the city government.

They're not corrupt; they're just liberal Democrats.

I lived in Austin a little over 20 years. It's so sad to see what it's become.

Man, what a freaking shame. I moved to Austin back in '71. Ben White was the south edge of town. Brodie Lane and 620 were little country roads through the forest you could get lost on. You could see the Capitol building from anywhere in the city limits. Oak Hill and Round Rock were "small towns near Austin," where people moved to "live out in the country." Well, don't get me started. It was a peaceful, kick-back kind of place. Look at it now.
