Re: Is The Texas State Railroad an Amusement Park?
The Texas State railroad, while operated by a private company, is still owned by the State of Texas. It spans two counties, Anderson and Cherokee, I think both together don't total a million people. As stated above, it is not fenced and does not have security guards. All of which keeps them from pro...

Re: Petition to Charge Clinton
Nixon was going to be impeached because he lied to congress, and Bill Clinton was impeached because he lied to congress. Martha Stewart went to jail for lying to the FTC. Her prosecution was headed by Comey.

Re: Movie Tavern a No Go now also
I think we need an even more radical change in our communications with businesses. Maybe something like this. Dear Business Owner, I recently noticed you made the decision to post your business with the TPC 30.06 and TPC 30.07 signs. I find this a troubling decision. As you know, these signs prohibi...

Re: Some places aren't wasting any time on the 30.07 signs
What is cruelly ironic is, neither 30.06 or 30.07 have any barring on the carry of long guns. It is still legal to carry those into businesses. They can be asked to leave and if they don't, they will face a trespassing charge, but the signs won't stop them from entering.

Brady Bunch sues Nelson, Georga
Anyone else see this? Brady lawyers are suing Nelson, Georgia for their local law requiring every head of household to own a gun and ammo. They are claiming the law is unconstitutional! It is possibly a violation of the first amendment! here's the link: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/12/nelso...

Re: Homeowner shoots man breaking into his shed
WFAA ch. 8 news did a story on this evening's 10:00 p.m. broadcast. Showed the fence, and it was a six foot wood fence. Showed a bullit hole in said fence, too. Mentioned the home owner won't face charges, but the bugular would. They also said the home owner's HOA was very upset with him firing his ...

Re: Who has ARs in stock here in Texas?
I was in Ray's in Dallas on Friday. It was a mad house! They are sold out, too. They had one AR 10 with night vision scope for $5800. It's probably gone by now. I was looking for a Socum 16, sold out of those as well. No M1As either. They said to check back in June or July, if they are still legal.

Re: Breaking The Gun Control Stalemate (Article)
I, for one, am very skeptical of th ME's report. On Friday evening, after I got home and was watching the news coverage, they showed the footage shot earlier from their news copter. Over and over it showed a police officer removing the "assalt rifle" from the trunk of the shooter's car. I ...

Re: Plano Centre posted? Ham-Com this weekend.
No, it's not posted. Even if it was, it is city owned and would be unenforceable. I just got back from there and carried the whole time. Not a problem. Carried last year and the year before, too! Had a great time, saw lots of radio goodies, and old friends. And, I managed to save some money for the ...
