I mailed mine on October 17, via USPS with Delivery Confirmation, which showed it to be delivered on October 19. On October 27, it finally showed to be 'Received' by the state.

My guess is that it is there, just waiting to be scanned into the system.

I'll go ahead and say that I think that is outstanding shooting for offhand at 25 yds.

Really wouldn't have been that bad with strong hand at 25 yds either.

Here is my current timeline: October 8, 2011 - Took CHL class. October 10, 2011 - Applied online, scheduled fingerprinting. October 17, 2011 - Completed fingerprinting at 10:20 am. Supposedly they go out in big batches, I'm assuming on Fridays, from other timelines... It took mine 5 days to get to me after it showed mailed. I won't guess anymore, just good luck! That would actually make sense to me as far as what they do to try to manipulate the dates on their end to their ad...
