I have a horsehide one from Tommy Theis. (Actually three, if you include the two for other guns of mine.) Tommy's craftsmanship is top tier, his holsters are comfortable and durable, and he's a pleasure with whom to deal. Wearing it and my XDs right now.

(Plus $20 for my FFL to do the transfer, but no credit card or shipping fees from the website.) They're currently sold out, but you might want to monitor it for a bit if you don't need to scratch that itch immediately.

I have a XDs and a smaller caliber Kahr. While I like the Kahr immensely, the tighter tolerances mean that it's more picky about ammo than the Springfield. I carry the XDs daily, not only since it's chambered in a larger caliber than my Kahr, because I feel the more forgiving tolerances actually makes it more reliable. You can't go wrong with either. I'd go with what feels better in your hand and see if you can fire both.
