Couple of years ago some new Kerrville residents (from the Left Coast) didn't like hearing gun shots in the city (discharging a firearm or hunting in the city limits is okay ) - they thought it was "dangerous" and "somebody is going to get hurt" so they petitioned the City Council about the dangerous situation. Council met talked about it and decided that everything was just fine the way it is now, or to paraphrase, This is Texas - get over it.Kythas wrote:Yep. Several months ago a FedEx delivery lady noticed my M&P on my right hip (I always open carry on our small ranch) and said "what chew carryin a gun fer? I replied "for snakes." I didn't elaborate on exactly what kind of snakes I was prepared for .
