My pocket solutions holster for the SIG P238 arrived today along with the SIG 238-TGL laser (gotta go pick up at USPS), holster does NOT work well at all with my Hogue grips, but it's very nice and well built

Funny thing... I've had the SIG 238 for a couple months but I'm just now playing with where to conceal it, lol

Probably should have placed that order a little earlier... Looks like your plastic will hit the mail Monday, then you'll be waiting on the laser.

I was thinking about getting one for my 238 as well. Trying to decide between Sig's and the Crimson Trace. Be sure to post how you like it.

Waited for payday, lol night sights work great... Laser was just piece of mind and not necessary

Gunshows in your area? The plain Jane sig238 with lasers should be around, try one and they always have a CT pusher

Holster should arrive Tuesday from NY, laser coming out of FL

SIG laser = < 120.00 shipped (on off switch, I've got long fingers and can easily activate it)
CT laser = 175.00 + on average (will not work with hogue grip - maybe a slip on one, cost more)

Also added a wolf springs lower power hammer spring from a colt mustang and polished up the guts a little in mine. I did a spring swap on another p238 that was broke in and it's nice

July 24 2011 - DPS application, pass port photos

July 28 2011 - setup for prints

July 29 2011 - prints and background request

August 6 2011 - CHL test, (shot a perfect 250 with my "massaged Glock 22 3rd gen" background from L1 received

August 8 2011 - mailed to TDPS via USPS express no signature, included a copy of my background check from L1 and a copy of my 03 FFL for good measure

August 9 2011 - delivered

August 11 2011 - online (application and background showing "yellow")

August 12 2011 - Called DPS, waiting on them to scan prints and manufacture license, was told back ground was done but not updated online

August 20 2011 - my birthday

August 23 2011 - manufacture pending

August 24 2011 - manufacturing 

August 25 2011 - mailed
