Deacon Z wrote:Thanks for the comments guys. I am going to buy the Ruger LCP with the crimson trace grip and laser. I here of so many CHL carriers that will go out
w/o their baby, because of what you are wearing does not conceal well. This is a great carry for shorts an t-shirt. The laser is a must because there are no sites.
No excuses for being naked!!!!!
I carry an LCP front pocket while I am investigating holsters for some larger calibers I have. Thanks to RAM4171's advice, I carry in an Uncle Mike's #1. I don't have a laser on mine, so you probably want to make sure it will fit first. Just an idea in the event you don't have a holster yet...

I used actual days. Didn't subtract weekends out of the equation.

Re: August 2011 Applications

Deacon Z wrote:Congrats TXCHL7474. That is awesome news. I went to the box today but no plastic. I have a crazy question for the entire forum. Everyone has been posting their timelines, including myself. I received mind(the actual dates) from asking the DPS rep on the phone. The website gives me the status but no dates. Where is
everyone receiving their actual dates? Waiting for the plastic...
I got my dates when I was going through the process by checking status 87 times a day on the TXDPS website. When something would change, I would write the date down in my folder then post it.

TXCHL7474, you went through so fast that if I ever see you...just kiddin'...Congrats! :txflag:

Hang in there, Cool Arrow...hope it goes fast.
