My husband had his fingerprints done on 8/2. His are stuck behind the "wall" also. He called and spoke to a csr and he took his TCN # but the prints are still not showing up.

i mailed mine on 6/27, they signed for it 7/5, fingerprints done on 7/12, background check completed 7/16....pending manufacture.
