Re: Magpul leaving Colorado ASAP due to "anti" laws.
Wyoming makes sense like you said. And Magpul can put a sign right across the border that says, "This is how many jobs we gave to Wyoming and this is how much taxes we paid to Wyoming." Stick it CO!

Re: Midway USA Shipping Is Expensive
I have seen Midway coupon codes in the past. But even better, you can also get a C&R FFL03 and send a copy to them for their dealer prices. I have saved enough money with their DLR prices to more than make up for for cost of the FFL03. It also makes the shipping worth it when you order a few ite...

Re: Newbie ammo questions
Good words on the classes. Just like skiing without lessons or golf without lessons. You can do it, but pick up so many bad habits. And bad habits are so hard for me to break. Also, these 2 sites have ammo finding apps, you can look by caliber. http://gun-deals.com/index.php" onclick="wind...

Re: New Ghost Rocket Trigger on Glock 26
I've installed 2 Ghost Ranger 4.5# connectors now, 9mm and 357sig. Drop in install and NO modification at all. It did improve the trigger pull a bit and I do like it better. But 4.5# is not enough for me, so I'm upgrading (or downgrading), to a 3.5#. The EDGE is also a drop in. The company is going ...

Re: Taurus Circuit Judge as home defense or appocalypse weap
I got one of these with the wood stocks. I like the looks and there's hardly any felt recoil. It is also very light and handy for a long gun. That's why I got it bed side w/flashlight clamped and loaded with .410 buck and 1 round of slug (along with a pistol). The bedroom shooting distance is short ...

Re: Best Gun for Target Shooting - What's Your Experience?
I really enjoy shooting my G17 at local fun shoots. But I just got the HK USP Compact (Variant 1 DA/SA/Decock) in .40 cal and it IS FAN-TASTIC! Got it from SOG...police trade in. They have full size too, and I want one to match the compact!

I used S&B in my G17 to qualify at a class in Bass Pro. No one even looked at the ammo.

Re: Careful what you say
I guess starting this year military commanders can ask about privately owned guns, and not just people living on base. I am decidedly uncomfortable with them asking in a commander's capacity. What's next, ordered to turn in my firearms to the base armory?

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Nothin' wrong with having the-other-handed holsters. I broke something in my right hand whiles back and had to carry on the other side. Was useful to have something around to carry with. So Glad I got the cast taken off today, now I just have to get back to the range and re-tune my hand.
