I disagree with you. Why carry if the gun is not ready to fire? Are you going to tell your robber, sorry sir you will have to wait while I put a round in the chamber and then flip the safety off. I strongly disagree with him and this guy that had the accident may have attended one of this instructors classes since he teaches in the DFW area..
